Stefan Prüße studied Economics at the University of Hannover and worked afterwards among others at Prosche, KPMG and Mieschke, Hoffmann & Partner. As Senior Manager Consulting Automotive at PricewaterhouseCoopers he, the Technology Consultant, is an expert for current developments in the automotive industry.

From 1991 to 2000 Prof. Dr. Kormann, who studied Business Administration, was member of the board at the J.M. Voith GmbH or rather of the board of the Voith AG and responsible for Finances and Controlling. 2000 to 2008 he was Chairman of the Board. Since the 1.January 2008 Prof. Dr. Kormann is Head of the Steering Committee of the “Knowledge Factory – Companies for Germany e.V.” and is active in the support of early knowledge transfer between industry and schools. In the year of 2006 the University of Leipzig appointed him to honorary professor. Since 2009 he is also honorary professor of the Zeppelin University.

Prof. Dr. Andreas Hoffjan studied mathematics and economy at the University of Münster, 1997 he graduated, 2005 he was appointed professor in Business Administration with his work on the risk calculation in industrial production facilities. From 2005 to 2007he worked at the chair of Business Administration at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar. Since 2007 he was appointed to lead the Chair of Business Accounting and Controlling at the Dortmund University of Technology. His scientific carrier took him to universities in China, the USA, Canada, France and Germany. Prof. Dr. Hoffjan is also author of several books and has published more than 90 expert articles in international scientific magazines, books and specialist magazines till today. He is one of the leading controlling experts. His main research is the International Controlling, the Interorganisational Cost management and the Accounting of Public Administration.

Thomas Brand studied Electro Technology at the TU Braunschweig and since 1998 he is consultant at the PA Consulting Group. 2008 he, the corporate finance expert, who disposes and broad experience in the OEM business, was awarded with the “European Strategic Manufacturing Award” for directing a consulting project. Before he started at PA Consulting he worked at DaimlerBenz, the AEG Group and also in the area of plant construction of car factories. At the PA Consulting Group he is responsible for the restructuring business and directed company-wide restructurings at OEMs.

Jeschonowski studied at the Universities of Hamburg, Santiago de Cile and Bath (UK), currently works as a consultant at Bain & Company Germany and is a PH.D. student at the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Vallendar. His training phases included working at McKinsey&Company Inc., Lufthansa Cargo AG Hongkong, Süd-Chemie AG and Robert Bosch España. Together with other experts and in cooperation with the WHU he published the reference book “Operative Planning – Functions, Implementation, Success factors” in the year 2009. .

Dr. Frank Schirrmacher is publisher of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and also publishes a great number of his own scripts in different thematic areas. His latest published book with the title “The future of capitalism” was introduced in 2010. During his literary career Schirrmacher was awarded with many prizes for his work, as in the year 2007 the “Jacob-Grimme-Preis” German Language and in 2009 the “Ludwig-Börne-Preis”. He is a member of the editorial department of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung since 1985 and co editor since 1994. Schirrmacher studied German philology, English, literature and philosophy at the University of Heidelberg and at the University of Cambridge.
